Project description:

Bottleneck management for the German OEMs (chassis & substructure & bodyframe)

OEE increase, improvement of quality issues, capacity expansions

Reduction in specification violations in delivery quality

Regular meetings / daily reporting to the OEMs (daily deliveries)

Coordination of PLTs (problem solving) - Methodological technical support

Project tasks:

a. control of demand/capacity management (contract quantities, bottlenecks)

b. planning, realisation of factory, layout, material flow, warehouse planning

c. Economic efficiency analysis of material & supply concepts

d. Identification of optimisation potentials, CIP in the process chains

e. "Preventive" maintenance and repair planning, control of material flows

f. Taskforce for the various OEM supply chains (JIT, JIS)

g. Coordination of deliveries between TIERs and the respective OEM

h. Management escalation in case of impending supply disruptions in the supply chain

i. Measures & interfaces to development, production, QA, purchasing Logistics

Task and duties:

1.) Customer projects in supplier management & capacity management

2.) Support of technical expertise in production & process engineering, logistics, supply chain

3.) Proactive tracking of suppliers regarding quality, costs, quantities, deadlines

4.) Potential definition for schedule reductions

5.) Independent prioritisation of topics & deadlines at the customer's site

6.) Execution of PPF procedures, R&R performance tests, process acceptances

7.) Daily status KPIs, findings, presentation (control circuits)
