component part numbers incl. colour batches for series & ET requirements in all model series & derivatives

of Mercedes Benz worldwide (China, USA, Mexico, South Africa, India, Hungary, Germany, ...).

Acoustic parts, wheel arch linings, battery protection caps, high voltage protection caps, grained

interior trim parts (A-/B-/C-pillar), luggage compartment trim and small parts made of the

specified materials: PA 6 & PA 6.6 GF..., PP, PE, PS, PVC

Machines: Injection moulding machines from 100 t to 1500 t clamping forces.

1. supplier development at the successor supplier according to VDA 6.3 (upgrade 2016)

2. preparation for IATF 16949

3. creation and adaptation of quality management manual

4. implementation of a quality management system according to VDA standard

5. adaptation of process and procedure instructions, test and control plans

6. creation of tool life cycles, parts life cycles

7. change management

8. product and process FMEAs
