Air flap systems, radiator grilles for the model series: 3 Series, 7 Series & 8 Series Coupé & Convertible, X8, Z4.

Task and duties:

1. sampling processes, APQP, PPAP, Run & Rate

2. change management, limit sample definitions

3. process development, test and control plans

4. product and process FMEAs, 8D-reports

5. development discussions in the FIZ with BMW AG

6. cubings, colour matching meetings
