OEE increase in semi-finished products and electric motor production assembly from 50% to 75 - 85%

Supply chain scrap reduction, SQIP programmes (housing, front cap...)

Increased output in final assembly of good parts - Engine

Maintenance activities TPM from reactive to preventive

Project tasks:

a. reduction of reject rates for E-motors (supply chain + JE)

b. increase of efficiency/OEE from approx. 50% to 75-85%

c. required output of good parts in 21 shifts

d. Support in the complaints process as interface JE & Bosch
